Your Responsibilities
What You Will Do

Support Client Journeys
Assist Senior Travel Hosts on live assignments, help prepare vehicles to the highest standard before each pickup, and support smooth coordination throughout the journey. Every detail matters.
Learn Luxury Service Standards
Observe how our senior hosts engage with high-net-worth clients. Develop a refined understanding of discretion, polished communication, and personal presentation — the hallmarks of true luxury service.
Build Deep Local Knowledge
Explore Switzerland's most important destinations — understanding routes, timings, and logistics with precision. Develop a curated familiarity with the finest restaurants, hotels, and experiences our region has to offer.
Develop Chauffeur Skills
Where applicable, support driving responsibilities and refine your technique — safe, smooth, and effortlessly professional. Learn to maintain vehicles to an immaculate standard inside and out.
The Ideal Candidate

Valid Driving Licence
Held in Switzerland or an EU member state, with a clean record and a commitment to road safety.
Passion for Hospitality

Language Requirements
Communication Is at the Heart of Our Service
Our clients travel from across the globe, and our team reflects the multilingual character of Switzerland. We ask that all candidates bring strong language skills to the role — both to connect with clients and to collaborate seamlessly within our team.
Swiss National Language
Fluency in at least one Swiss national language is required — German, French, or Italian. Native-level or near-native proficiency is preferred. Additional national languages are always a welcome advantage.
English
Basic to conversational English is required for client interactions. A willingness to develop your English further as you grow into the role is strongly encouraged and actively supported by our team.
Additional Languages
Any further languages — particularly Russian, Arabic, Mandarin, or other European languages — are a distinct advantage and reflect the international profile of our clientele.
