The Role

As a Senior Travel Host, you are the living embodiment of the Selene Privé promise. You will own the client journey from the moment of arrival to the final farewell — ensuring every interaction is effortless, refined, and genuinely memorable.
🚘 Chauffeur Service
Safe, smooth, and impeccably presented driving across Switzerland and neighbouring regions
🎩 Concierge Support
Restaurant reservations, shopping arrangements, and bespoke local experiences at every stop
🗺 Local Expertise
Thoughtful recommendations, cultural insight, and genuine client engagement throughout the journey
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
Deliver Premium Chauffeur Service
- Drive clients safely and smoothly across Switzerland and neighbouring regions
- Maintain exceptional vehicle presentation at all times
- Plan routes proactively, anticipating delays and optimising comfort
Create Exceptional Client Experiences
- Welcome clients with professionalism, discretion, and warmth
- Adapt your service style to each client's preferences
- Ensure every journey feels calm, seamless, and well-managed
Provide Concierge-Level Support
- Arrange restaurants, shopping visits, and curated local experiences
- Handle last-minute changes and requests with confidence
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and partners
Act as a Local Expert
- Share insights about destinations, culture, and hidden gems
- Recommend tailored experiences based on client interests
- Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the journey
Your Profile
Who You Are
You take pride in delivering exceptional service — not because it is required, but because it defines your personal standard. You are the kind of professional who anticipates needs before they are voiced and handles complexity with quiet composure.
Experience
- Proven background in chauffeur service, hospitality, or luxury client service
- Experience with international or high-end clients is a strong advantage
- Strong familiarity with Switzerland's key destinations and regions
Languages
- Fluency in at least one Swiss national language — German, French, or Italian
- Conversational English for international client communication
Discretion
High level of confidentiality and professional restraint in all client interactions
Presentation
Immaculate appearance and excellent manners at all times
Reliability
Punctual, well-organised, and dependable in every situation
Solution-Oriented
Calm and composed under pressure, with a strong attention to detail
Compensation
What We Offer
CHF 6.5K
Monthly Salary
CHF 5,000 – 6,500 per month, depending on experience and seniority
