The Role
The Operational Backbone of Selene Privé
As a Travel Operations & Coordination Executive, you sit at the heart of everything we do. You are responsible for ensuring that every booking, journey, and client request is planned, coordinated, and executed flawlessly — from the moment a reservation is confirmed to the final moment a client arrives at their destination.

Responsibilities
What You Will Do
This role spans five core areas of operational responsibility, each requiring a high degree of organisation, professionalism, and proactive thinking.
Manage Bookings & Scheduling
  • Handle client bookings and service requests with accuracy and speed
  • Plan and manage daily schedules for Travel Hosts and chauffeurs
  • Allocate resources efficiently — vehicles, drivers, and specialist partners
Coordinate Operations
  • Act as the central coordination point between clients, chauffeurs, and partners
  • Ensure all assignments are clearly briefed and executed smoothly
  • Monitor ongoing journeys and proactively resolve any issues
Client Support
  • Communicate with clients professionally via email and telephone
  • Handle changes, special requests, and last-minute adjustments
  • Ensure a seamless experience from booking confirmation to journey completion
Partner & Supplier Coordination
  • Work with external partners including chauffeur services, hotels, and guides
  • Ensure service standards consistently align with Selene Privé expectations
  • Maintain strong, professional working relationships with key partners
Quality & Process Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bookings and operations
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes and workflows
  • Support the development and documentation of operational standards

Experience & Background
What We're Looking For
Professional Experience
Experience in travel operations, hospitality, logistics, or coordination roles
Background in the luxury travel or high-end service industry is a strong advantage
Familiarity with Switzerland's geography and logistics landscape is preferred
Languages
Fluency in at least one Swiss national language — German, French, or Italian — is required
Good working English (written and spoken) for client and partner communication
Additional languages are always welcomed in our multilingual environment
